New Page: Docs

A new page has been added under the heading of Docs. It contains links to down-loadable files made available by members of the OWA. A prime example -- the only one so far -- is when a presenter wants his or her slides to be available. A link to the slides for Darren Harper's presentation on building a cedar strip canoe is now but a click away.
